Terms of Services
General Info
The use of the works for any editing, selling, or claiming the commission of my work as your own is PROHIBITED. Using the artwork as NFTs and AI machine learning is also PROBIHITED.*Any commercial use for the commission will be charged 2x of the base prices.
Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT - Full payment on the front after the sketch are delivered, or alternatively 50% down payment can be made and the payment must be completed after the work are done. At the moment only accept payment via PayPal in USD currency. An Invoice will be delivered after the sketch are delivered.
REVISION - Revisions are free during sketch or drafting phase. After the initial sketches have been approved and the commissions has been paid, any major revisions will be charged $10 / revisions
DECLINE OF OFFERS - The artist has the right to refuse any Commission request if the terms and conditions are not met (Example: Requesting commission that not accepted from the artist do / don'ts)
CANCELLATION - The artist has the right to cancel the commission if the client had some issues like poor communication, rude behaviors, or a breach of terms of service. Refunds will be issued if the client are agree to cooperate.
By completing the payment of the commissions, the Clients have agreed to all terms and conditions made by the artist.

Provide the artist with all the descriptions and references.
The artist will continue to Sketching phase. During the sketching phase, there will be no charge for minor revisions and additional charges for major revisions.
You can proceed with the down payment / full payment after the sketches are approved.
The finalized artwork will be sent via email once the payment has been completed.
